Mike Schroepfer to quit as Facebook CTO
<p>Veteran Facebook executive Mike Schroepfer has said that he will step down as the company's CTO. Andrew Bosworth, who currently leads Facebook's AR & VR teams, will take up his role. After having worked at Facebook for 13 years, Schroepfer will transition gradually into the company's first "Senior Fellow" sometime during next year. His new role would be to cultivate talent and foster investment in AI.</p>
