Moonlighting Puts Client's Assets at Danger, as per IBM India, Cautions Staff Against It
<p>Moonlighting, according to IBM, creates a "conflict of interest" because it may jeopardise the security of sensitive client information and business assets. In a memo to staff members, IBM India managing director Sandip Patel stated that "an IBMer's time outside of work is their own, and it also demands them to avoid engaging in activities that cause a conflict of interest." The tech giant's response comes amid tense discussions over tech workers and side jobs in India.</p>
