Moonlighting Unacceptable, Few Employees Caught Doing it were Disciplined: Happiest Minds

<p>Moonlighting, according to mid-tier IT firm Happiest Minds Technologies, is unacceptable as it constitutes a breach of the employment contract, and &quot;few&quot; employees have been fired in the past six to twelve months after being discovered indulging in such behaviors. Although Happiest Minds said that moonlighting is not extremely common at the company, they withheld the exact number of employees who had been targeted for disciplinary action.</p>
