Musk sells 4.4M Tesla shares worth $4B

<p>Tesla CEO Elon Musk, according to a regulatory filing, sold around 4.4M shares of the firm which are valued at $4B. Aaron Beckman, Musk&rsquo;s power of attorney filed five Form 4s with the SEC which covered 138 transactions. Elon Musk took to Twitter to inform his followers that he has not planned further TSLA sales for the future. The filing notably did not include Musk&rsquo;s reason to sell the shares but reports said that the money could be used for his recent purchase of Twitter.&nbsp;</p>
