Pay Hike Expected To Be of 10.4% In 2023, Survey Suggests

<p>In the following year, Indian employers are prepping up to grant a pay hike by 10.4% despite the economic slowdown and the decrease in profit due to inflation, the survey shows. According to&nbsp; Aon, which conducted the survey, it is expected of the top performers to get 1.7 times hike in comparison to the employees who have simply met the target. It is to be noted that this rise in salary by double-digit will be happening for the second consecutive year.</p>
