Piyush Goyal projects Digital India to become $4.7tn economy by 2047 with good governance

<p>Union Minister for Commerce and Industry, Piyush Goyal, stated that by continuing to improve governance, Digital India could become a $4.7 trillion economy by 2047. He also mentioned that in the past year, the government has launched many digital initiatives, including the National Digital Health Mission and the Unified Payments Interface, which have been instrumental in driving the country&#39;s digital transformation.</p>
