RIP RK Krishnakumar: The Former Tata Sons Director

<p>R K Krishnakumar passed away in Mumbai on Sunday, following a heart attack. Born in 1938, he was 84 years old. In 2009, Krishna Kumar received Padma Shri for his contributions to the country&#39;s trade and business. He held trustee positions at Sir Dorabji Tata and Sir Ratan Tata Trusts. He was the managing director of Tata Tea and IHCL, the Tata Group&#39;s Indian hotels business until his retirement on July 18, 2013 after a long illness.</p> <quillbot-extension-portal></quillbot-extension-portal>
