SC Agrees To Examine Google's Plea On 16th January Against CCI

<p>The Supreme Court is expected to hear on 16 January Google&#39;s appeal against a Competition Commission of India order imposing a ₹1,338Cr penalty on it. Chief Justice of India Mr. Chandrachud took note of a request made by senior advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi. Google had earlier approached the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal against the CCI order.
