Star & Disney India elevates K Madhavan to president

<p>The Walt Disney has elevated the country manager of the Star &amp; Disney India&rsquo;s K Madhavan to the President of The Walt Disney Company India and Star India. The appointment is effective immediately. Madhavan, in his new role, will drive the strategy and growth of the company. Besides, he will be responsible for the businesses and operations ranging from entertainment to sports to regional channels to direct-to-consumer.</p>
