TCS to roll out salary hikes for all employees

<p>TCS will roll out salary hikes from October for all its over 4.54L employees as the company saw multi-year growth return on the back of global clients stepping up technology spend. The company has also added 9,864 people, the highest in the last three quarters. TCS had given promotions early this year but had deferred hikes as the business was impacted. TCS CEO Rajesh Gopinathan said that the company is more confident about the second half of the year.</p>
