Tech Mahindra's Use of Internal Employees Increased to 71% in January

<p>IT services major Tech Mahindra increased the use of its internal employees to 71% in January 2022, from 67% in the previous quarter, amid the ongoing pandemic. The company&#39;s move to utilize internal staff members instead of third-party resources has helped it to enhance its profitability and reduce operational costs. The IT firm also increased its headcount by 5,977 during Q3 FY22, taking the total headcount to 135,776 as of December 31, 2021.</p>
