Top IT companies target 50 % gender ratio going by latest trends

<p>Indian IT firms like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, and others have three women in 10 employees. Their target for women in total headcount seems to be 45-50%. According to a survey by Aon, many companies are looking to increase the women&#39;s count by 30 to 40 percent in the next two years. Tech Mahindra has increased its gender ratio by 5% in the last two quarters and CPO Harshvendra Soin stated that they currently have 34% women in their workforce of over 150,000.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
