Twitter rival Koo says it laid off 15 employees, not 40

<p>Local microblogging site Koo said that it had fired 15 employees, or 5% of its employment, as opposed to 40 as had previously been reported in the media. The Twitter competitor provided a new statement to IANS, claiming that 15 positions &quot;had been rendered redundant or eliminated due to performance concerns.&quot; Koo is still adding talented individuals to its engineering, product, and monetisation teams.</p>
