Twitter’s Mass Layoffs Have Begun

<p>Twitter employees received an email with the subject line &quot;Your Role at Twitter&quot; and will be informed of their employment status on Friday. If they&#39;re keeping their job, they&#39;ll be notified via their work email; if they&#39;re being let go, a personal address will be sent out. It&#39;s not clear which divisions will be affected, but it&#39;s likely that Twitter&#39;s PR team will be axed.
