Viacom18 Digital Ventures appoints Vineet Govil appointed as CTO

<p>Viacom18 Digital Ventures has appointed Vineet Govil as CTO. Govil, in his new role, will be responsible for strengthening the product&rsquo;s backend technology and help consumers by offering a seamless and immersive user experience. He has over two and half decades of experience and was heading Sling Media&rsquo;s India Development Centre as a VP.
