Wipro appoints AWS executive as country head for Brazil

<p>Wipro has appointed Douglas Silva as country head for Brazil, with the aim to build a business in Latin American. Silva joins Wipro from AWS, where he headed financial services industry in Latin America and served as enterprise sales director for Brazil. In the past, Silva has worked at senior positions at SAP AG, Capgemini AG and TCS. He will be based at Alphaville in = Brazil, and report to Managing Director at Wipro Latin America Mukund Seetharaman.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
