Zomato board re-appoints Sanjeev Bikhchandani as non-executive director

<p>Sanjeev Bikhchandani, co-founder of Info Edge. was reappointed as&nbsp;non-executive director on the board of Zomato by a majority vote of the company&#39;s shareholders. At its 12th annual general meeting, the company presented two resolutions in which it reaffirmed its commitment to topline growth and reassured shareholders of its road to profitability. The financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2022, which have been audited, have been approved by Zomato.</p>
